Shopify Marketing Specialist

Position Title: Shopify Marketing Specialist
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT
Salary Package: Php 80,000 – Php 100,000
Holidays: US Holidays

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Marketing Specialist to support the launch and ongoing management of our client's Shopify website and digital assets. This role is essential in maintaining an optimized and up-to-date eCommerce store, supporting digital marketing efforts, and managing content and assets across platforms.

The ideal candidate has solid Shopify experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working independently with provided assets and instructions. You'll also receive training on Amplifi/Pattern DAM to support content uploads and digital asset management.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SHOPIFY MARKETING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities as a Shopify Marketing Specialist would be:

Shopify Store & eCommerce Support

• Create, maintain, and update Shopify product pages using provided content and images.

• Organize collections, tags, and filters to ensure smooth site navigation and optimized user experience.

• Ensure all product content adheres to brand guidelines and follows SEO best practices.

• Troubleshoot minor website issues and coordinate with developers for more complex fixes.

• Support implementation of strategies to improve product visibility and conversion performance.

Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns such as discounts, flash sales, bundles, and seasonal promotions.

• Coordinate site marketing calendars around launches, holidays, and events.

• Upload and manage provided promotional assets, including banners and visuals.

• Assist in executing email campaigns, automated flows, and blog uploads using provided content.

Amplifi/Pattern DAM Support

• Upload, organize, and manage digital assets.

• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and accessibility for marketing and eCommerce teams.

Reporting & Optimization

• Track website performance metrics and support reporting needs.

• Provide insights to help optimize campaign performance and conversion outcomes.

Qualifications as a Shopify Marketing Specialist:

• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, Shopify, or digital marketing support (Shopify experience is required).

• Strong knowledge of Shopify admin, product setup, theme basics, and app usage.

• Familiarity with digital tools like Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube/Vimeo, and Google Analytics.

• Exceptional English proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided instructions precisely.

• Basic proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe, or Figma (to manage provided assets).

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
