About the role

We are an accredited U.S. host travel agency looking for a confident Phone Sales Representative in the Philippines to speak with warm leads who already applied through ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc. This is a pure phone sales role. You will sit inside our CRM the entire shift, call interested advisor applicants, qualify them, and guide them into the next steps of enrollment.

00:00 to 08:00 Philippine time

Tuesday to Saturday Philippine calendar days

This schedule covers Monday to Friday business hours in the United States

What you will do

Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day inside the CRM

Have real conversations with warm leads who already expressed interest

Explain the Wyta travel advisor opportunity clearly

Qualify each applicant based on simple questions

Move qualified applicants into the next enrollment step

Send follow up texts and emails after each call attempt

Take notes in the CRM during the call

Provide daily activity updates

What we are looking for

Strong phone presence and clear English

Comfortable doing phone sales for the full shift

Confident using CRM tools while on the call

Fast internet and a quiet workspace

Can learn quickly with one day of training and start calling on day two

Experience in travel industry or host agency environment is a strong plus

Experience in outbound calling or phone sales is a strong plus

Native or near-native level English proficiency is required for effective communication with clients.

A minimum of 1 year of outbound calling or phone sales experience is required.

Compensation

Base salary in the range of 30,000 to 40,000 PHP per month depending on experience

Incentives for completed enrollments

Weekly pay every Wednesday

Training and support

One day initial training

On day two you begin live calls with support and monitoring

Ongoing coaching to improve call quality and results
