Job Description:

We are looking for a professional Call Center Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls, answer customer questions, provide basic product technical support (training will be provided), and transfer calls to the appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls about our products.
  • Provide basic technical support: connecting batteries to CPAP machines, expected runtimes, and product compatibility.
  • Transfer calls to tech support or sales representatives when needed.
  • Take down customer information for follow-ups.
  • Communicate with team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be available to work the stated hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHP time).
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in call center or technical support.
