PANGAEA HOLIDAYS INC. is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team in Quezon City, Cebu. As a sales and marketing representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of holiday packages to travel agents. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your sales expertise and passion for travel will be integral to the company's success.
What you'll be doing
- Actively engage with travel agents, both in-person and over the phone or email, to understand their travel requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating travel agents on our holiday offerings and tailoring recommendations to their preferences
- Effectively present and sell our holiday packages, highlighting the unique features and benefits that set us apart from the competition
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with travel agents and sales activities to support ongoing business development and strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and increase customer acquisition
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay informed of industry trends to provide the best possible advice to customers
What we're looking for
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers
- Fluent written and verbal English proficiency required for effective client communication
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn the international tourism market
