Who We Need

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support a U.S.-based home improvement service provider. You will act as the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out for repairs, upgrades, installations, or other home improvement work.

Your primary goal is to manage all inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule consultations—allowing the client to focus on on-site projects and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all inbound inquiries through phone, text, email, and other channels.
  • Update and organize customer details using the Jobber job management system.
  • Schedule appointments, estimates, and consultations based on the client's availability.
  • Qualify leads by confirming service type, location, timeline, and budget fit.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner questions and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all interactions.
  • Coordinate with the client on priority leads, urgent requests, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Provide light admin support for quotes, follow-ups, and customer communication.
  • Represent the home improvement account with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.

What You Need:

  • C1 English communication skills (spoken and written) — clear, confident, and professional.
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, appointment setting, or similar roles.
  • Experience handling inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.
  • Ability to qualify home improvement leads using predefined project and service criteria.
  • Experience with CRM or job management tools (Jobber experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly.
  • Friendly, warm, and proactive communication style suited for homeowner-facing interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work-from-home setup, demonstrating independence and accountability.
