Our clients are Australian businesses, so we're seeking agents who are comfortable speaking with Australian customers and can adapt easily to local tones, phrases, and communication styles.

What you'll do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide clear, friendly assistance and accurate information
  • Update systems and follow processes efficiently
  • Represent our clients' brands with pride and care

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in phone-based support, sales, or virtual reception
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A clear, neutral accent or familiarity with Australian communication styles
  • Strong internet connection and quiet workspace
