  • Responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of our restaurants. Also develops strategic action plans for our restaurants to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
  • Clear understanding of our restaurants business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • With experience launching and running Loyalty Programs for Coffeeshops and Restaurants
  • Experience in B2B account generation and handling (Restaurants)
  • Exhibit sales techniques in identifying key materials to develop relationships and sales output
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Network to build the business through exemplary business and social partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Work closely with the Channel Sales Team to develop a quarterly action plan, in order to maximize space and revenue, and fill slower periods.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shift while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Make catering arrangements for clients, including menus, pricing and billing information. Follow through with the planning, execution, and follow up of each event.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to operate effectively
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Professional oral and written communication & collaboration skills to operate effectively
  • Effective problem solving and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Willing to work in Pasig City
