About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Sales Account to join our team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and a signing bonus of 15,000 PHP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales growth through effective account management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  3. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  4. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system
  5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the B2B sector
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales and customer service tools
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  6. Familiarity with the sales and customer service processes in the industry (Sales Representatives/Consultants)
