Bigtime Empire Corporation is looking for a strategic and results-driven Corporate Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing efforts of our growing food business. This is a leadership role for a marketing professional with strong experience in the food industry, capable of driving brand growth, campaign success, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Build and reinforce a strong brand identity across all channels
  • Lead promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitors
  • Oversee digital marketing (social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email campaigns)
  • Manage PR and corporate communications initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product Development for consistent brand messaging
  • Supervise production of creatives and marketing content
  • Evaluate marketing performance with metrics and analytics tools
  • Build and maintain media, vendor, and agency partnerships
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the food industry

  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Young, energetic, and highly motivated, with the ability to adapt quickly and think creatively
  • Preferred: Residing near Ortigas, Pasig City
