Job Overview
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for providing support in human resources functions and general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role will handle HR processes, office coordination, and administrative tasks while working closely with the Office Manager in implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing by preparing and consolidating employee data.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and performance management support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Administration:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the
Office Manager
. - Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and company events.
- Assist in maintaining office permits, contracts, and compliance documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR and/or administrative experience.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
