Job Overview

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for providing support in human resources functions and general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role will handle HR processes, office coordination, and administrative tasks while working closely with the Office Manager in implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing by preparing and consolidating employee data.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and performance management support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Administration:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the
    Office Manager
    .
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and company events.
  • Assist in maintaining office permits, contracts, and compliance documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR and/or administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
