
HR Admin Associate

Contract: 6 months (extension will depend on the business needs or performance)
Location: BGC, Taguig (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh)
Shift/Schedule: Monday to Friday, Late shift (3pm to 12nn)
Benefits/Allowances: HMO
Key Role:
- Maintains security of confidential documents
- Sorts, digitizes and file documents, records and other materials according to established filling system
- Ensures documents are stored correctly and can be easily retrieved
- Performs other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related courses
- With at least 1 year of work experience as an HR Admin or has exposure to Onboarding
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy in work.
- Excellent Communication skills, spoken and written
- Excellent Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
