Job Summary
The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support in human resources management and office administration. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and efficient office administration to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR database.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare payroll instructions, government statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and coordinate with Finance.
• Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations concerns, assist in disciplinary processes, and support grievance resolution.
Administration
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee facilities management, office cleanliness, and security arrangements.
• Assist in travel arrangements, logistics, and company events.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the Philippines.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government statutory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
