Job Description Summary

a) Conduct daily cold calling, emailing and messaging to new target markets and make onsite appointment to meet prospects.

b) Generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing sales quotations & business proposals and closing sales

c) Understand prospect needs and requirements to demonstrate the company's products and services.

d) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

e) Responsible for your sales performance and to meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and OKRs.

f) Adhere to and responsible of the outdoor pre-sales, on-sales and post-sales processes.

g) Learn and have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of all department processes.

h) Build and maintain accurate database and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company's SAP CRM.

i) Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationship and promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.

j) Stay informed about market trend, competition and market.

k) Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development initiatives.

l) Always a Team player and work together to support self, company and colleagues.

m) Any other official tasks and jobs assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:


• 2–5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the office equipment (Copier Industry)


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• A consultative and customer-first approach to identifying business needs and delivering tailored solutions.


• Consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.


• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.


• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and drive.
