Career Opportunity – Senior Human Resource Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Human Resource Officer
to join our team. This role will be a key partner to the business, driving HR strategy and initiatives to support organizational growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide HR staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent management strategies, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Design and deliver training & development initiatives to build workforce capability.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR audits, and effective HR reporting.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to retain talent and enhance job satisfaction.
  • Manage HR budget, resources, and technology systems for efficiency.
  • Lead HR-related projects and change management initiatives to improve organizational performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (a Master's degree or professional HR certification will be an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 4
    + years of progressive HR experience
    , with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence, drive change, and partner effectively with senior management.
  • Experience in managing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
