Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an HR Officer – Timekeeping, Engagement, and Admin.
The HR Officer – Timekeeping, Engagement, and Admin plays an essential role in ensuring accurate and timely HR operations while fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This role is responsible for maintaining timekeeping systems, driving employee engagement activities, and supporting various HR administrative functions in alignment with company policies and standards.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
1. Timekeeping and HR Operations
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records through HR systems.
- Coordinate with payroll for timely submission and validation of timekeeping data.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company attendance policies, and shift schedules.
- Provide support in processing employee movements, contract updates, and HRIS data maintenance.
2. Employee Engagement
- Implement employee engagement programs that foster morale, well-being, and connection within the workforce.
- Support the planning and execution of HR-led events such as town halls, sportsfests, recognition programs, and community-building activities.
- Act as an on-ground partner in capturing employee feedback, promoting participation, and reporting engagement insights.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to embed the company values in all engagement efforts.
3. Administrative Support
- Oversee HR documentation, filing, and reporting related to employee records, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for training, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.
- Manage internal communication materials and help maintain bulletin boards, announcement posts, and employee directories.
- Provide general support for audit preparation and compliance tracking.
What are the Qualifications?
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, timekeeping, and employee engagement
- Familiarity with HRIS/timekeeping systems and Philippine labor standards
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably with experience in a manufacturing or plant-based setup
- Willing to be assigned in Simlong, Batangas
