Job description:

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any of the following courses: AB Psychology/AB Guidance and Counseling, Business Management or any Management Course, Accountancy, Human Resource Management and its equivalent
  • Has working experience in the following facets of human resource: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Organizational Development and Training.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience as a Human Resource Specialist/Generalist
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, has the ability to relate with different kinds of people
  • Creative and analytical, can handle and manage confidential information.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Performance Evaluation – develops effective performance management system to evaluate employee performance, assess competency.
  • Training, Development and Communications – develop training programs across all level in the organization through effective Training Needs Analysis and collaboration with team leaders through understanding the needs of the organization.
  • Employee Relations – spearhead planning, preparation and execution of HR related activities.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
