Revenue Cloud Advanced Specialist

Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones) We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Admin with strong experience in CPQ and ideally in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) to lead the build, maintenance, and evolution of our demonstration org environment. This person will be the "go-to" for managing our RCA/CPQ demo org, enabling rapid prototyping of use cases, demos, proof-of-concepts, and staying current with new product capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the demo RCA org's: setup, governance, maintenance, upgrades, data refreshes, security, and environment hygieneLead the configuration of RCA features: product catalog, bundling, pricing procedures, discounting / approval logic, contract management, renewals / amendments, subscriptions, partner / customer portal and moreRapidly model new use cases, extensions, or tweaks within the demo org to support sales, solutions architects, presales, and internal teamsCollaborate with business, solutions architects, and developers to translate feature requests into system changes or enhancementsQuality assurance, regression test, and validation of demo configurations prior to demos POCsDocument configuration decisions, process flows, and maintain "demo scripts" / demo flowsStay up to date on RCA release notes, new features, and guide how those may be adopted or demonstratedAssist in training internal teams on new use cases, what's possible in RCA, limitations, etc.Help manage data seeding, sample accounts, and sample scenarios for demo richness
Qualifications / RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, with heavy CPQ configuration experienceSolid understanding of RCA objects and data modelAt least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications + willingness to achieve 4 Active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employmentRequired Salesforce Certifications:Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Advanced AdministratorPreferred Certifications:CPQ SpecialistRevenue Cloud Accredited Professional Billing Specialist SuperbadgeAdvanced Billing Specialist SuperbadgeOmniStudio Consultant CertificationAny related DocuSign certificationsExperience with environment management (sandboxes, refreshing, version control or change set discipline)Good understanding of declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules)Strong analytical / problem-solving orientationExcellent communication skills, able to bridge business & technical conversationsDocumentation skills (flow diagrams, configuration rationale)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple simultaneous requestsSalesforce Admin + (preferred) CPQ Specialist or equivalent certification(s)
Preferred Experience / Nice-to-HavesHands-on familiarity with Revenue Cloud Advanced build is strongly preferredPrior experience maintaining a demo or sandbox environment specifically for sales/demo useExperience collaborating with developers for hybrid declarative/custom solutionsExposure to CPQ/Billing integrations or external billing systemsExperience with dataset seeding / sample data scenarios in complex product quoting contextsExperience Cloud experience / knowledgeFamiliarity with order-to-cash, billing integrations, or subscription modelsSalesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant
