Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with at least five years in a generalist role. The ideal candidate is well-versed in core HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with labor regulations are essential. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Process payroll and government contributions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain employee records and HR reports using Excel-based tracking
  • Administer employee benefits and coordinate with providers
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support employee relations and assist in disciplinary procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in internal audits
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Contribute to policy updates and HR process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong background in payroll and benefits administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
