Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team at ACTECH Geo-solutions. She will be responsible for promoting and selling surveying equipment, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell all types of surveying equipment and related solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and potential collaborations to expand the company's client base.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product information tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain good client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to represent the company and promote its products.
  • Submit regular sales reports and updates to management regarding sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline.

Qualifications / Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related course (fresh graduates are welcome to apply; sales experience is an advantage).
  • With background or interest in surveying, engineering, or technical equipment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in presenting and dealing with clients.
  • Goal-driven, persuasive, and able to work under pressure to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online communication tools.
  • Willing to attend client meetings, site visits, and occasional travel when required.
  • Must be organized, proactive, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • With pleasing personality and professional work ethics.
