Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell our Accounting Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that address their business challenges. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, online research
  • Conduct product presentations and software demos to prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
  • Follow up with clients post-sale for onboarding, support, and account management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1–2 years experience in sales (software or tech industry preferred)
  • Background or familiarity with accounting or finance is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus
