Technical Support Representative (L1) to provide front-line support for our external client, Avanquest/PlanetArt. This role involves assisting customers with technical issues, platform navigation, and general troubleshooting through phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to or initiate outbound calls within established service levels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 incidents related to user navigation and platform functionality.
  • Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher support tiers as needed.
  • Maintain familiarity with client systems and support tools.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work the night shift
  • Willing to work on-site temporarily until MFA access is restored.
