About the role

Join Cebu New Wave Recruitment Inc. as a Customer Service Representative based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls. No prior experience is required, as we welcome applications from fresh graduates.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing detailed information about products and services to address customer needs
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly key performance metrics
  • Participating in regular training sessions to expand your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is an advantage, but not essential
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
