About the role

Kornet Express, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience
  3. Providing accurate information about our products, services, and company policies
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  6. Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  5. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Fluency in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
