What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Customer service experience in a call centre or similar environment, preferably in the customer service industry
