Job Description

Step into a pivotal role where you'll be the friendly voice that connects homeowners with essential services they need. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a crucial part in the company's continued growth by ensuring every caller receives exceptional service and no potential customer is ever missed. Working with an intuitive CRM system, you'll handle straightforward customer interactions that directly impact people's homes and lives, while contributing to a company that's actively expanding its market presence and service offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Handle general customer questions and inquiries
  • Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling requests using Field Routes CRM
  • Capture and process new leads to ensure no potential customers are missed
  • Provide customer service for existing clients
  • Use Field Routes CRM system for all customer interactions and data management
Requirements
  • Heavy recent experience in customer service or phone support roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Field Routes experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
