Customer Service Representative – Outbound

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative – Outbound to join our team In this onsite role, you'll connect with customers through outbound calls to promote products, services, and special offers — while also assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You'll play a key role in building relationships, re-engaging inactive clients, and delivering excellent service with every interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to promote new products, services, and special offers to both new and existing customers.
  • Reactivate inactive accounts through personalized and engaging communication.
  • Encourage customer engagement by presenting current promotions and exclusive deals.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats related to account and service inquiries.
  • Guide customers through registration, billing, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions using internal CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality service standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willing to work onsite with flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and shifting hours.
