About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.', based in Cavite Calabarzon. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, with a focus on messaging accounts.

  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
