  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further assistance
  5. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
  6. Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  3. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively
