Job description

  • Manage customer inquiries in the office via phone and email.

  • Determine customer needs and prepare quotations within established guidelines.

  • Check inventory and source/order products as required.

  • Process paperwork accurately and quickly to ensure terms and deadlines are being met. (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, etc.)

  • Contributes on sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements.

  • Contributing in setting and accomplishing concrete sales goals.

  • Prevent and solve problems with customer/sales orders.

  • Assisting Freelance and In-house Sales Account Executive.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant

  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to details

  • Capacity to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php16,000.00 per month
