About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promoter to join our team at Westfair Marketing, Inc. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about retail and customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations
  2. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting their unique selling points
  3. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to checkout
  4. Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are correctly displayed and stocked
  5. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
  6. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and efficient manner

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or sales-oriented role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  3. Excellent product knowledge and a passion for understanding and selling our products
  4. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
  5. Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude to provide an outstanding customer experience
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
