Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in executing marketing campaigns, supporting sales activities, and coordinating promotional efforts. The role offers hands-on experience in brand promotion, data analysis, and customer engagement across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and customer database updates.
  • Help create marketing materials such as social media posts, product brochures, and content drafts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and retail stores on marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Sales or Marketing Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Willing to work onsite and support field activities when required.
