This role follows a Permanent On-site setup. Our office is located at Eastwood, Quezon City.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Assistant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You'll also support the team with resolving queries, maintaining proper documentation, and contributing to process improvements within the accounts payable function. Job Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding, matching, and approvals in accordance with company policies.
  • Schedule and process payments to suppliers within agreed terms.
  • Review and attend to claims payments, client refunds and insurer payments.
  • Enter and allocate receipted payments against client or debtor accounts accurately and promptly.
  • Attend to unallocated cash and queries.
  • Monitor accounts payable inbox and manage invoice queries or rejections.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding invoices or discrepancies.
  • Assist with generating remittance advices and payment confirmations.
  • Ensure all documentation is filed and stored digitally in line with internal protocols.
  • Provide regular updates on task completion and escalate any issues to the finance team.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within the accounts payable function.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, finance administration, or bookkeeping roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and payment cycles.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and confidence with data entry tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial information.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow strict deadlines and manage workload in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.
