- Bachelor's Degree
in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 2–4 years of experience
in recruitment, preferably within the
insurance, banking, or financial services
industry. - Experience
sourcing for sales roles

Financial Advisors

Financial Solution Consultants
, or
Bancassurance Sales Executives
, is highly preferred. - Familiarity with
competency-based interviewing techniques

behavioral interviews
, and
sales aptitude screening. - Proficiency in using
job portals
,
social media sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
, and other
talent sourcing platforms. - Strong understanding of
insurance sales metrics
, ideal candidate profiles, and field work nature of bancassurance roles. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
– able to engage with candidates at all levels. - Willingness to do
field recruitment
(job fairs, branch visits) when needed.
