The Opportunity at a Glance

We're hiring a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join Better Rehab, a leading NDIS healthcare organisation providing vital services to people with disabilities. This is a
full-time, hybrid role for Philippine-based candidates
employed under a proper PH setup.

This is a
mid-level role
requiring at least
4 years of experience in Australian healthcare recruitment
, ideally recruiting for Allied Health professionals such as
Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, or similar clinical roles
. You'll partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to build pipelines, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Allied Health and healthcare roles including OTs, SPs, PTs, and related positions

  • Actively source candidates through multiple channels and build strong talent pools for high-demand roles

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, priorities, and role requirements

  • Draft job briefs and job ads that attract top talent in line with company standards

  • Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, manage offers, and oversee onboarding packs and contracts

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from application through to onboarding

  • Maintain recruitment systems, reports, and compliance records with accuracy

  • Contribute to process improvements and provide recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Support recruitment for graduate programs and workforce planning initiatives

What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Have at least
    4 years of recruitment experience
    in
    Australian healthcare or Allied Health
    roles (non-negotiable)

  • Have successfully recruited for roles such as
    Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists
    , or similar clinical positions

  • Bring strong sourcing skills and experience managing talent pipelines

  • Possess excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills

  • Are a clear and confident communicator with strong written and verbal English

  • Are efficient, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Have a proactive, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset

What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Prior in-house or agency recruitment experience for a healthcare or NDIS organisation

  • Experience coordinating graduate or large-scale recruitment programs

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, NDIS workforce structures, or industry challenges

  • A track record of improving recruitment processes or implementing new systems

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday

  • Hybrid work set-up (once a month RTO only)

  • Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
