We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition team. Based in Manila, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across the APAC region (excluding China), ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Communication
    : Coordinate candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • ATS Administration
    : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and consistency across all supported markets.
  • Data & Analytics
    : Generate and analyze recruitment data to support reporting, insights in your area of responsibility, drive continuous improvement.
  • Interview Coordination
    : Manage interview logistics for complex panel interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Pooling
    : Assist HR Staff in identifying and engaging top talent through proactive sourcing, talent pooling, and market mapping.
  • Pipeline Building
    : Support the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines for key and recurring roles.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • 2-4 years' experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support, especially with active sourcing and outreach in general
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Must be willing to report in McKinley West, Taguig
