Job Responsibilities

  • Provide recruitment support and coordinate closely with US partners throughout the company's hiring process under healthcare account.
  • Source candidates using various methods such as social media, applicant tracking systems, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and internet searches.
  • Screen candidates and maintain applicant flow using the Recruitment Tracking System.
  • Develop and execute diverse candidate generation strategies and programs, staying updated on industry trends and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and demonstrate respect for diverse backgrounds and proprietary data.
  • Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader or Supervisor.

Working Conditions

  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
  • Open to working a night shift schedule.
