Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team at Mercer. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will be working closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners, and will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to ensure exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

We will count on you to:

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across the EMEA region.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Initiate and monitor the completion of pre-employment screening processes.
• Offer & Contract Management: Generate offer letters and contracts for new joiners across business units.
• Pre-boarding Support: Manage and track all pre-boarding activities to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Employer Branding & Recruitment Projects: Participate in project-related activities supporting employer branding and recruitment process improvements.

What you need to have:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong MS Office skills (e.g., modifying documents in Word, creating reports in Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional maturity, with confidence in working with senior leaders and hiring managers.

• Previous experience with Workday or ServiceNow.
