Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the BD Manager in expanding the business network of EO through site acquisition of existing and new territory
  • Responsible for corresponding to mall leasing inquiries (site offers)
  • Assist the BD Manager with rental rate review and comparison within the area
  • Responsible for all documentation required for the site acquisition
  • Assist in the evaluation and review of lease term proposals and contractors from various lessors
  • Assist in the negotiation and follow-up of the lease proposal from mall partners
  • Responsible for financial requests and coordination with FA
  • Prepares for a monthly competitor check report
  • Prepare and coordinate BD Director meetings and schedule
  • Coordinates COL review with the EO Legal office
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as CA, reimbursement, supplies, flight booking, etc.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory level experience in business development, property leasing, sales and marketing, and/or brand management;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with strong negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong background in customer service and a wide network of professional and business contacts will be extremely helpful;
  • Travel is an inherent component of the position.
  • Must be willing to report in Quezon City and Makati City
