What You'll Do:

  • Transaction Management: Record and process daily transactions like payments, cash advances, and reimbursements.
  • Employee Liquidations: Validate and record employee liquidation reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Handle monthly and quarterly tax filings, including BIR Withholding Tax and VAT.
  • Month-End Tasks: Perform accruals, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Payroll Support: Process semi-monthly payments for talent and consultancy fees.
  • Ledger Monitoring: Analyze General Ledger accounts, including receivables and expenses.
  • Receivables & Billing: Record collections and prepare billing statements.
  • Budget & Reporting: Assist in budget preparation and create reports for donors, sponsors, and leadership teams.
  • Fund Management: Manage and replenish company funds.
  • Audit Preparation: Support external audits by preparing schedules and reports.
  • Document Management: Ensure timely filing of financial documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant is a must
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in financial operations or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php29, Php33,000.00 per month
