A Collections Specialist manages and collects overdue customer payments by contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate records of all activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting Debtors:Reach out to customers via phone, email, or other channels to address overdue accounts and understand the reasons for non-payment.
  • Negotiating Payments:Develop and implement effective repayment plans, settlements, or payment arrangements with debtors.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain meticulous records of all collection activities, communications, account statuses, and payments received.
  • Resolving Disputes:Address customer queries, billing issues, and payment discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitoring Accounts:Monitor accounts receivable to identify and track overdue payments and identify accounts with potential payment issues.
  • Reporting:Prepare reports on collection progress, outstanding debts, and other key metrics for management.
  • Compliance:Adhere to all relevant company policies and debt collection laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
