
Placement Recruitment Specialist

A Placement Specialist gives support to the Placement department by screening and assessing candidates' overall profile. The role involves doing mock interviews, coordinating in setting interview schedules and providing interview results and feedback during placement. The placement specialist ensures building quality relationships with candidates and partners. Assessment of requirements from partners and endorsing match candidates within the given timeline is part of the role.
- Maintains extensive knowledge of current and potential market conditions in Australian Hospitality industry and keep abreast with different visa types and conditions in Australia.
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing to create appropriate placements.
- Builds quality relationships with the customers, training venues and external recruitment agencies.
- Monitors constant recruitment requirements of current partners and prospective clients.
- Acts as a point of contact for current partners and prospective clients regarding placement concerns.
- Promptly resolve placement related issues to the client's satisfaction per Ausphin procedures and standards.
- Maintain client accounts in the database and accurately enter client details in the system.
- Accurately enter client details in the system
- Further assess candidate's qualifications through face to face or online consultation
- Reiterate the company's terms and conditions pertaining to the program to the candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php32,000.00 per month
