HR Employee Relations Specialist

- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution
- Performs administrative and specialized task in the delivery of Labor and Employee Relations services
- Investigate employee complaints, grievances, misconduct, or policy violations and recommend appropriate actions
- Develop, implement, and maintain employee relations policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of employee relations cases and investigations
- Stay updated on labor legislation, HR trends, and best practices in employee relations
Qualifications:
· Graduate of either BS in Political Science, BS Psychology, or any Science or Business course
· At least 2–5 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or similar HR role
· Strong knowledge of labor laws, workplace regulations, and HR best practices
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
· Willing to work on-site at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
