Job Title: HR Specialist-E.R. Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Specialistto join our team. The role will handle a wide range of HR functions including new hire orientation, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of HR experience, knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. This position requires a proactive and organized professional who can support both in-person and virtual HR initiatives while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, both onsite and virtually, to ensure a smooth integration of employees into the company.
  • Support the Employee Relations team in managing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts by providing guidance and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
  • Administer the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts, clearance, and exit interviews.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company programs to promote employee engagement and compliance.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, initial screening, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and other HR-related reports.
  • Participate in HR projects, employee engagement activities, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and uphold ethical HR practices at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in facilitating training, orientation, or employee engagement programs.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
