RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the quality and timely delivery of general HR-related strategies and initiatives by partnering with business and support units to ensure appropriate and immediate response to client queries and requirements. Collaborate with corporate support units in the analysis, research, best practice sharing, and information gathering efforts in search of best possible action to address employee related queries/concerns. Drive the disciplinary action process, ensuring due process is rendered to employees by drafting, reviewing and release of appropriate notices to employees, conduct of investigation, hearing and clarificatory meetings, and/or assuring that all parties are heard, and making recommendations on the appropriate disciplinary sanction. Coordinate with external parties including the company’s legal counsel and ensure compliance to Philippine laws and DOLE regulations relating to employee and employment related concerns and issues. Communicate and provide strategic insights on HR Policy interpretation and implementation. Promote and provide a venue for employee feedback/complaints/concerns and ensures speedy response and action to meet internal customer expectation. Lead the periodic employee evaluation process and ensure accurate and timely completion to ensure effective implementation across all sections/depts. Support in the implementation of employee relations programs including employee welfare and services, industrial relations, staff communication, rewards and recognition, employee retention, and employee development activities as part of company strategies along with assigned units/committee. Ensure quality, confidentiality and integrity of HR information, document/records released as a result of HR processes handled. Conduct orientation, presentation, reports, training sessions and focus group discussions on multi-platform set up, collaborating with different parties (internal/external) on best practices and effective development initiatives and communication strategies on HR related, employment and labor related matters. Create and revise communication plan and ensure proper dissemination to employees of company announcements, guidelines, and advisories, when needed. Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of the Company’s overall employee hiring, welfare and benefits strategy and recommend enhancements based on updated legal requirements, market study, internal requirements, and data collection procedures. Keep abreast of recent updates on legal/regulatory mandates and safeguard the company’s consistent compliance with such requirements. Support effective execution of other HR related activities, initiatives and services and delivery of assigned projects and tasks. Observe established safety and health standard procedures/regulations in carrying out duties and responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, Human Capital Development degree or equivalent. At least five (5) years related work experience, preferably in a Lead, supervisory, or managerial role. Familiarity and/or mastery of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations, a must. Good oral and written communication skills, facilitation, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills. A team player with impressive collaboration skills. Ability to deal with people of various levels in the organization, including clients and partners. Highly driven and can work with minimum supervision. Proficient in Microsoft application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Project Management, Business Process Analysis familiarity, a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
