About the Role:

As an HR - Events Engagement Specialist, your skills in employee engagement and your creativity will be of great value in terms of impacting the lives of workers and stakeholders.

Admin and Engagement

  • Design and implement an employee engagement strategy that cultivates a positive, open and innovative culture
  • Coordinate and manage employee-focused meetings and events
  • Establish standardized procedures, track outcomes and identify areas of opportunity for future events/activities
  • Promote culture initiatives and volunteerism
  • Partner with all departments and levels to ensure we're creating the right experiences for employees at every step of their journey
  • Leverage internal and external data to provide deep analysis and insight
  • Earn trust with key stakeholders across Operations, HR and Communications by diving deep into business challenges and partnering on solutions

What you'll bring in:

  • Proven working experience as HR Generalist or equivalent in a BPO Set Up for at least 2 years
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
