About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Virtual Assistant with light sales skills and basic social media management experience to support a growing telemedicine and weight-loss services company. This role will start part-time and has potential to expand as the business grows.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales Support (Primary Task):

  • Make outbound calls to leads who abandoned their online orders (cart recovery).
  • Use GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM to track leads, update statuses, and follow up (non-negotiable experience required).
  • Provide product/service information regarding weight-loss programs and telemedicine services.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by answering inquiries, overcoming objections, and helping close sales.

2. Social Media Management (Secondary Task):

  • Post pre-made or scheduled content on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and engage with comments/messages as needed.
  • Support brand visibility during idle call times.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong communication skills (clear English, polite yet persuasive).
  • Experience in customer service or telesales.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM (non-negotiable) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Able to multitask: prioritize calls, then social media tasks.
  • Bonus: Background in healthcare, weight loss, or wellness industries.
