About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and elevate the social media presence of innovative brands. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can efficiently juggle multiple campaigns, and is adept at engaging diverse online communities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies, with the ability to maintain distinct voices for each brand.
What you will do:
Community Management
- Build and engage with online communities across both brands.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Foster conversations to strengthen brand presence and loyalty.
Content Calendar & Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Curate a mix of UGC, branded content, and promotional assets.
- Write compelling, on-brand captions and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals.
- Be able to jump on Trends, and create yourself some content like memes, etc.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategy
- Source and manage UGC to enhance organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with content creators, briefing them on brand expectations.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Social Media Expertise
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
- Understand algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Comfortable with hands-on content creation and collaboration with creative teams.
Who you are:
- With 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement, preferably for consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience working with user-generated content and influencer collaborations.
- Creative mindset with excellent writing skills for social media captions.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, scheduling platforms).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about building brand communities and driving engagement.
