Role Description

We're seeking a
remote contractor Social Media Manager & Meta Ads Specialist
. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day social media content and engagement, as well as plan, launch, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns. You'll be responsible for tracking performance, running A/B tests, and collaborating with the client's team to deliver strategies that align with client goals and branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
  • Manage Meta ad campaigns: setup, monitor, optimise, and report on performance
  • Conduct A/B testing and use data insights to improve results
  • Collaborate with team members to align strategies with client objectives
  • Stay up to date with social media and advertising trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in social media management and Meta Ads campaign management in an agency role
  • Strong skills in monitoring, optimising, and reporting on ad performance
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
