Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant (VA) with strong technical and design skills to support our team in managing design projects, social media, and day-to-day digital admin tasks. The ideal candidate is a Mac user, proficient with SketchUp, Canva, and experienced across major social media platforms and Google Workspace tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and manage 3D models using SketchUp for internal and client-facing projects
  • Design visually compelling content using Canva for social media, presentations, and marketing
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Optimize and update Google My Business listings regularly for visibility and accuracy
  • Create and manage branded content on Pinterest, including Pin design and board organization
  • Perform general admin tasks using Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content
  • Support digital marketing efforts through research, content planning, and reporting

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Mac user with strong familiarity with macOS systems
  • Proficient in SketchUp with a portfolio or work samples
  • Experienced Canva user with a keen eye for design and branding
  • Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and content scheduling tools
  • Skilled at managing and optimizing Google My Business listings
  • Pinterest-savvy, especially for business or marketing use
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • 2+ years in a similar VA, design, or digital marketing role
  • Experience working with creative teams or service-based businesses
  • Knowledge of basic SEO or local marketing practices (bonus)
