Job Summary:

Sales Supervisor to lead and expand our steel products business, focusing on 100% new client development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the steel industry, and proficiency in Mandarin or Hokkien to effectively communicate with clients and suppliers. This role requires both hands-on sales engagement and team coordination to drive market growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to achieve team goals.
  • New Business Development: Lead initiatives to identify and acquire new clients for steel materials through proactive prospecting and telemarketing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and monitor progress to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle key client accounts, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business deals.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Oversee order processing, delivery scheduling, inventory management, and coordination with logistics and procurement teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • After-Sales Service: Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and maintain long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel trading or construction materials, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong background in industrial or trading sales, particularly with steel products.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Hokkien is required; proficiency in English and Filipino is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
